The project involved the careful refurbishment and restoration of 15 Georgian townhouses, including 11 listed buildings and 2 buildings of merit. The renovated Kettner’s restaurant and champagne bar have been brought back to their former grandeur with the addition of 32 hotel rooms on the upper floors.

Adjacent to Kettner’s Townhouse, the original Soho House members club on Greek Street has undergone an extensive refurbishment along with the addition of a contemporary pavilion located within the site’s central courtyard.

Landmark restaurant Café Boheme at 19-21 Old Compton Street has been redesigned and reopened alongside the rest of the site together with a new restaurant offering called Berenjak at 27 Romilly Street.
